For sessions less than 4 hours, a $30 deposit is required. For sessions 4 hours or more, a 50% deposit is required. Time slots are first come, first served and upon AJ 215's receipt of your deposit.  No booking is confirmed unless a deposit has been received and a confirmation has been sent to the client or client representative.

Is my deposit refundable?

•  Less than 4 hours: Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations or rescheduling occurs within 24 hours of booking.  

•  4 hours or more:  Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations or rescheduling occurs within 36 hours of booking. Client subject to pay 25% of booking. 

•  No Call, No Show: Any client who fails to appear for their session without communicating forfeits their entire deposit, and is subject to a 50% non-refundable deposit moving forward.

Remaining balances are due by the end of each session.  Project files will not be released until balances have been processed and cleared.  We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your session starts to ensure your session begins on time. We currently accept the following forms of payment:

• Venmo

• Zelle

Cancellations must be made with AJ 215 only and are not valid if communicated with anyone else. No bookings are considered canceled until a confirmation message is sent out by AJ 215 himself. If cancellations or rescheduling occur outside of the allowable time frames, clients are subject to the terms outlined in "DEPOSITS & CONFIRMATIONS". It is the responsibility of the client to inform their entire team of cancellations or rescheduling.

AJ 215 will hold files no longer than 14 days in our system.  It is highly recommended you bring your own hard drive to transfer your files onto at the end of each session. AJ 215 is not responsible for unretrievable or missing files after 14 days from the creation of the file. AJ can send out files digitally via AirDrop or Google Drive as a courtesy at the end of your session. Transfer fees starting at $30/hr will apply to digital transfers that take over 30 minutes to upload.

Different studios have different policies for smoking. If you prefer a smoking or non-smoking studio, let me know and I will accomodate you. Generally, most studios do not allow tobacco products such as cigars and cigarettes.
